How to use Zophous.

Everything you need to go from raw video to published clips — step by step.

01Getting Started

  1. 1Sign in at app.zophous.ai (or create an account — the Free plan gives you one video a month, no card required).
  2. 2You will land on the Dashboard. Your workspace is auto-selected.
  3. 3Navigate using the sidebar: Clip Creation, Studio, DNA Profile, Brand Kit, Taste Profile, and Analytics.

02Ace Clip Creation

  1. 1Go to "Clip Creation" in the sidebar.
  2. 2Paste a YouTube URL or upload an MP4/MOV file (up to 5 GB), then click "Create Clips."
  3. 3AI processes the video (5–10 minutes) and surfaces the best moments with virality scores.
  4. 4Review each clip, approve the ones you want, reject the rest. Rejections help train your Taste Profile.
  5. 5Post directly to TikTok or YouTube from the clip viewer using the "Post" button.

03Studio (Short-Form Variations)

  1. 1Go to "Studio" in the sidebar.
  2. 2Upload a source video. The AI extracts the main topics and presents them for your approval.
  3. 3Select which topics to include, then choose a render configuration (caption style, music, brand kit).
  4. 4Studio generates A/B/C short-form variations — typically 3–5 per topic.
  5. 5Download or post the variations that perform best.

04DNA Profile & Analytics

  1. 1"DNA Profile" shows AI-generated insights about your content: what hooks work, which categories perform, emotional tone patterns, and engagement trends.
  2. 2The Advisor tab lets you ask AI questions about your content strategy based on your actual performance data.
  3. 3TikTok and YouTube Analytics (under "Analytics") pull live data from your connected accounts.

05Brand Kit

  1. 1Go to "Brand Kit" in the sidebar.
  2. 2Set your brand color (hex picker), font choice, and CTA text (shown at the end of clips).
  3. 3Upload a logo (PNG/JPG). Your Brand Kit is applied automatically when Studio runs in Marketing mode.
  4. 4Click "Save" — your kit persists across all workspaces tied to your account.

06Taste Profile

  1. 1Your Taste Profile builds automatically from clips you reject in the Ace view.
  2. 2Always type a reason when rejecting a clip — the AI uses these to learn what you dislike.
  3. 3After 3+ rejections, the Taste Profile unlocks an AI-generated summary of your preferences, patterns to avoid, and content categories to deprioritize.
